Jessica Stewart

Masters in Dietetics

Jess is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 10 years of experience, known for her compassionate, client-centered approach. She has worked across a wide range of health conditions, building a deep understanding of how to support people through complex and often emotional health journeys — especially when it comes to hormones, fertility, and gut health.

With additional certification in fertility nutrition and a strong commitment to staying current with the latest research, Jess provides tailored, evidence-based advice that meets you exactly where you are. Her goal is to help you create a nourishing, sustainable relationship with food and your body — one that supports both your wellbeing and long-term health goals.

In every consultation, Jess takes the time to understand your unique dietary patterns, lifestyle, and medical background. Together, you’ll create a practical plan aligned with your goals — without overwhelm, shame, or strict rules.

Her passion for this work is also deeply personal. Jess has lived experience with secondary fertility challenges, PCOS, subclinical hyperthyroidism, and miscarriage. She understands the heartbreak, frustration, and disconnect you can feel from your own body — and brings empathy, honesty, and hope to every session.

Jess believes that health isn’t just about the absence of illness, but about feeling empowered, energised, and truly thriving in your daily life.

Ellie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), recognised by Dietitians Australia, with over 9 years of experience supporting individuals and families across hospital, community, and private practice settings.

She completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours) at the University of Newcastle and has since worked extensively with adults and children across a wide range of health needs. With experience supporting people through complex medical conditions as well as being a mother herself she understands the challenges of parenting and family life. Ellie’s approach is practical, compassionate, and highly individualised. She understands that nutrition is never one-size-fits-all, and works closely with clients to cut through conflicting nutrition advice and translate evidence-based guidance into realistic, sustainable strategies that fit everyday life.

Ellie values a whole-person approach to health and is passionate about helping clients feel confident around food, focusing on nourishment rather than restriction, and long-term wellbeing rather than quick fixes. She is committed to supporting people with care, clarity, and empathy at every stage of life.
